Update!
Hey, everyone! Been a while since I posted last. I'm on course for my first IUI. Here's to hoping it's successful and the only IUI I go for! I was expecting the procedure to be a bit painful. It wasn't painful, but there was definitely some discomfort. As you all know, I'm a yoga instructor. It's a bit difficult being told that I need to avoid strenuous activities. I had a slight spotting a couple of days ago. However, I was told to expect that. There was also a bit of vaginal discharge. We're patiently waiting for the implantation bleeding. Okay, fine, it's not a patient wait, but I'm doing much better than I expected. I have high hopes from this one! Please pray for us. Any kind of advice is more than welcome!

Hello, Mindy. How are you? I hope you're feeling better, now. It sounds really nice! It's good to see you so upbeat. You're doing the right thing by staying positive. That's really the key. Yes, it's really important to avoid such activities. It's just for a bit of time. I know, it can be hard to leave a routine. However, that's exactly what you have to do. Sending you lots of baby dust. I hope you get a BFP. I hope that it sticks! Good luck and keep us updated on your journey!

Fantastic news, hun. It's really amazing to see you going through with it. I agree with what you're saying. It can be a little uncomfortable. The catheter looks way too big in the beginning, hah! I'm glad it's going okay. Just stay positive and don't lose hope! Implantation can be any time between 3-14 days, I think. This is a really tough time, actually. I hated my two-week waits. It was just so excruciatingly difficult. That's the thing, I hate the most about pregnancy. Good luck to you, though. I hope it happens fairly quickly. Sending you love and baby dust!

Oh, my god! You're really doing this! I'm so excited for you. It makes me really happy to see people making such decisions! It's almost stupid to sit back and not look for help! It's so important to put your ego aside and seek help. I hope it pays off really quickly. Implantation bleeding can take a few days. How long has it been since the procedure took place? It shouldn't be long, to be honest! The odds look good for you. You're in good shape, too. If it's been more than 3-4 days, I'd suggest you take the test. There's no harm in taking it a little early. Good luck to you! Please update me on how it goes.

You guys are simply the best. It's amazing to see this. I couldn't have gone through with it, without this. It's lovely to know that people actually care about you! Yeah, I'm staying positive. It is quite tough, though. The wait is absolutely killing! However, the hardest thing is resting and not being able to exercise. I usually exercise to take my mind off things. That's like I have to do this without my biggest strength! I just hope I get a BFP, soon. I'll be testing tomorrow. It's been five days since the procedure took place. I think six days should be the optimum time to go for it! I'll definitely update on it! Keep me in your prayers, please!

Hey, Mindi I hope you are well. How are you feeling now? I hope your IUI goes well. Did you opt for it alone or along with some medication? When I went for IUI we decided to go with clomid along with it. Good luck to you. I hope the process is a success. Everyone is impatient during such procedures so it's fine just don't stress too much over it. I am also in the middle of the treatment. The doctors and the staff at the clinic already told me that I will get impatient at some point. They were so right about it. However, in order to not think about it the things, I started doing light yoga to calm my mind. I will suggest you the same. Apart from that make sure you are eating well. Sending baby dust your way.

Thank you so much for the lovely advice, Anna. I'm also taking Clomid for my cycle. It has some side-effects, however, I try not to think about it too much. You're right, though! The two-week wait is so stressful. I already have anxiety, so it makes it worse! Hopefully, I won't have to wait too much!
