Well it seems a nice study. could you elaborate some more. What type of activities included in this program. Means whether you are going to create an opportunities for the women or not. Is it something like that. I must say. I am interested. I think it's very good. We all must be a part of it.

Thanks for your interest! This is a multi-wave survey study. The initial survey will take about 25-30 minutes, and after that you will complete 7 shorter weekly surveys, each no more than 15 minutes long. You will be paid in increments throughout the process and at the end, be eligible for the raffle for an iPad. We are requiring participants to have not yet disclosed at the beginning of the study because we are particularly interested in effects of pregnancy disclosure on women's experience at work. After the initial survey, we presume that participants will disclose at any time of their choosing. We also respect participant confidentiality. Therefore, except your email (which is used to send out surveys and allot payment), we will not asking for any personal identifiable information and all analysis are conducted in aggregates. The questions in the survey include a wide range of questions related to participants' experience with their pregnancy and how to navigate that condition at work. You can find more details in the website and I would love for you to participate.
